**Job Description**:
As a Payroll Analyst you will have responsibility for many activities that ensure payroll processing is completed timely and accurately.
You will make an impact by:

- Completing all Sedgwick adjustments (weekly, denials and crossover) to ensure employee pay is accurate
- Reviewing retro changes for new Leaves and Return from Leaves for overpayment situations
- Running daily integration for review of late terminations which could result in overpayments for the following: sign-on, tuition, relocation, over-used vacation
- Executing deceased payment process
- Completing Union Due and 3M Club deduction set-ups
- Updating/Adjusting vacation balances based on unique plan requirements resulting from employee movement between states/jurisdictions
- Understanding US pay rules to assist in managing/answering Tier II inquiries and escalations from Plant HR
- Creating overpayment documents

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- 3-4 years of US Payroll experience
- Precise attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
- Timely execution of tasks to meet strict deadlines

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Workday navigation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
