**Job Description**:

Experian Clarity is the leading source of alternative credit data in the subprime lending industry.
By leveraging alternative data, our market
- savvy data analysts are discovering trends and providing our clients innovative solutions for fraud, banking information, credit, compliance, prospecting and portfolio management.
- Performs a variety of activities to ensure client satisfaction, including interpreting reports, inquiry maintenance, managing users, responding to general inquiries, and assisting with internal projects.
- Diagnose, research and resolve moderate to complex problems related to daily product usage, billing, and account maintenance
- Conducts inquiry monitoring for new clients to ensure solutions are performing as expected.
- Pre-qualifies inbound marketing leads
- Coordinate requests and service needs with appropriate internal departments to ensure client requirements are met
- Problem-solving approach coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively work collaboratively cross-functionally
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
- 2-3 years Advanced customer service experience
- Excellent English written and oral communications skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Advanced organizational skills
- Strong PC/internet skills
- Excel Intermediate
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
