Role Responsibilities

HCP Engagement support
- Provide operations/project management and technical support to Project Owners for all engagements (e.g., advisory boards, summits, speaker tours, speaker training, faculty content development meetings) managed through the ENGAGE system.
- Ensure that HCP engagements are conducted and completed in a compliant manner based upon current processes and policies.
Assist in keeping project leads/asset teams in compliance for all HCP engagements.
- Identify and escalate engagement and process improvement opportunities/needs.
Continue to identify areas of improvement and best practices to increase internal and external stakeholder satisfaction.
Global HCP Database
- As agreed, provide limited management of the Global HCP Database content and HCP outreach for therapeutic area(s) supported.
KOL OneView/KOL Database:

- Partners with BT and other Internal Stakeholders to help maintain internal KOL databases.
Provides information and system reports to Designated Disease Areas on an ad hoc basis.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Participate in the integration of the Global KOL Services team in the GPD organization through support of departmental presentations, asset team presentations, etc.
- Contribute to the Global KOL Services workload analysis
- Support other PPM initiatives as requested.
**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) and 5+ years of relevant project and process management skills in the pharmaceutical industry or High School diploma and 9 years of experience required.
- Experience and knowledge of Pfizer's HCP Engagement practices and systems (ENGAGE) is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with a variety of KOL activities and interactions in the scientific/medical and commercial plans for development and branded products.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems, processes and technology required.
- Ability to function with a high degree of independence and is a self-starter.
- Ability to anticipate issues/needs and work proactively to address them; demonstrated initiative and ability to effectively function in times of ambiguity.
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to drive results across the project lifecycle, from planning to completion.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize/multi-task effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
