- The Platform Engineer Entry level is effectively responsible for monitoring, maintenance of the platform, handling incident and change management, and creating well structured, maintainable and easy to understand platform documentation.

**What you'll do**:
- Monitor and support RPA Platform
- Incident Management, create and document RCA
- Change Management support for the RPA Platform
- Create simple scripts for maintenance, installation of different software components
- Operate within existing platform methodology, identify and resolve environment issues
- Work with other team members on development projects, ongoing platform maintenance
- Work collaboratively with test teams to fix assigned platform incidents
- Ensures that system improvements/redeployments are successfully implemented
- Ability to prioritize, work both independently and with the International team
- Proactively seek out and champion alternative solutions
**What experience you need**:
- Bachelor degree in Software Engineering or equivalent job experience required
- +1 years of software scripting experience with Powershell and/or Python
- English B2+ Proficiency
