**Responsibilities**:
- Strong Understanding of HRIS Systems including SmartRecruiters and SAP SuccessFactors
- Hands-on experience with Configurations and admin activities for the HRIS System
- Strong knowledge of Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, US Payroll, Absence Management & Time Tracking system capabilities and business process
- Engage with business partners to discuss business requirements, determine feasibility, business value, and a cost-effective and scalable solution.
- Collaborates with functional teams (Business Engagement and Business Process Owners) to help ensure major product features, releases, and patches are tested, validated, and deployed to production
- Enables best practices for SOX, GRC controls for various Enterprise and Business Applications for User provisioning, de-provisioning, Roles and access management; coordinates, periodic access review with internal audit and other stakeholders and enables necessary protocols for secure access contro
**Qualifications**:
- _ 4+ years of tier 1 HRIS implementation and system support_
- _ Certified System Administrator_
- _ 2+ years of Workday/SAP SuccessFactors or any HCM ecosystem experience_
- _ Consulting experience_
- _ BA/BS Degree in IT, IS, or business-related field_
- _ Knowledge of Cloud ERP environment_
- _ Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills_
- _ Demonstrates strong and effective verbal and written communication skills._
- _ Strong problem solving and analytical skills_
- _ A solid understanding and demonstrated experience using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript/AJAX_
- _ Ability to produce documentation on various levels including technical and customer-facing_
