This role reports to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems within Corporate IT and is remote eligible.
**You Will**:
- Define technical requirements to support the automation of billing, invoicing, and provisioning of customer purchases
- Define technical requirements for syncing customer data across various enterprise systems including NetSuite, Salesforce, and Stripe
- Troubleshoot integration errors between enterprise systems; work with developers to identify and implement solutions
- Solve complex, multi-faceted problems facing day-to-day operations; deliver simplified solutions that allow the different business departments to seamlessly provide excellent customer service
- Be a functional expert of Enterprise Applications such as ERPs, CRMs and Payment processors
- Lead test planning of technical solutions and support testing with applicable groups
- Create and update documentation of system set-up and integrations including technical documentation and training materials
- Recommend solutions that are right sized, robust, stable, and designed for the long term; must be able to see macro impacts on other systems and assess risk
- Advise development team on system requirements and limitations as it relates to integrating data between enterprise systems
**You Have**:
- 5+ years of experience with ERP configuration and 1st and 3rd party integrations in complex environments, specifically with NetSuite and Salesforce
- Hands-on working experience in the configuration, customization, and implementation of ERPs and/ or CRMs preferably in an international context
- Excellent at follow-up, team-player with ability to deliver within defined timelines
- Proven ability to drive projects from concept through completion
- Proven ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
