**Responsabilidades**
- Documentar, crear, implementar y mantener procedimientos operativos estándar detallados.
- Capturar y registrar datos de estudio de tiempo para usar en mejoras de procesos.
- Crear y mantener rutas de fabricación precisas.
- Asistir y mantener diseños detallados de plantas y planos de planta.
- Diseñar e implementar mejoras en el taller para aumentar la seguridad, la calidad y la productividad.
- Ayudar con las actividades de cambio de ingeniería relacionadas con la ingeniería de fabricación.
- Desarrollar e implementar proyectos de mejora continua.
- Análisis de informes diarios de rendimiento del proceso que incluirán, entre otros, los siguientes errores del operador, producto defectuoso, equipo de prueba / defectos de prueba, defectos del producto RMA y acciones correctivas de lanza.
- Aumentar los rendimientos de producción al comprender y reducir los errores del operador e impulsar los defectos de fabricación y de ingeniería de prueba al departamento correspondiente.
- Asegurar que todos los manuales y documentación del proceso se mantengan adecuadamente.
- Realizar recorridos, inspecciones, evaluación de productos y pruebas según sea necesario.
- Realizar evaluaciones de pruebas de NPI.
- Prevenir escapes de prueba.
- Garantizar la integridad y fiabilidad de las pruebas del producto.
- Actualizar y generar documentación según sea necesario.
- Responsable de mantener un flujo continuo de la línea de fabricación y cumplir con los objetivos de producción mientras se realizan las tareas de prueba asignadas.
- Desarrollar, actualizar / mantener la documentación del proceso para todas las áreas de operación.
- Evaluar herramientas y equipos.
- Capacidad para operar en un entorno de inicio con requisitos cambiantes
- Habilidades de documentación y comunicación con temas técnicos.
- Presentar y verificar los primeros prototipos de nuevos diseños.
- Buen ojo para los detalles y capacidad para hacer las cosas de manera rápida y efectiva.
- Competente con Microsoft Word y Excel

**Supervisión**:

- Se requiere poca o ninguna supervisión para este rol.
**Educación y Experiência**
- Se requiere diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente
- Grado asociado o equivalente de dos años de universidad o escuela técnica preferida.
- 5-7 años de experiência y / o capacitación relacionada; o combinación equivalente de educación y experiência.
- Auto-motivación y excelente ética de trabajo, requerida
- Capacidad para leer y comprender impresiones o instrucciones.
- Capacidad para redactar informes, correspondencia comercial, y manuales de procedimientos.
- Capacidad para definir problemas, recopilar datos, establecer hechos y sacar conclusiones válidas.
- Capacidad para interpretar una amplia variedad de instrucciones técnicas en forma matemática o de diagrama y tratar con varias variables abstractas y concretas.
- Se requieren habilidades informáticas: dominio de MS Office.
- Poseer una gran atención al detalle y la capacidad de resolver problemas.
- Capacidad para equilibrar un sentido de urgencia mientras se mantiene el más alto nível de seguridad, calidad y eficiencia como técnico de fabricación.
- Transporte confiable
