- This position follows internal accounting practices and specific company procedures._
- Responsibilities:_
- _ Exposure Management & Collections on Past Due Invoices_
- _ Processing invoice information between multiple systems - BEN, ION, Oracle_
- _ Collection's owner of a portfolio of large, complex groups of White Glove or credit managed accounts with special handling requirements and account reconciliations._
- _ Liaise with Sales Team to coordinate efforts in resolving customer issues related to invoicing and/or receivables._
- _ Reconciliation to ensure accurate transmission of invoices and payments between multiple systems and bank accounts_
- _ Provide Cash Application team with timely & accurate remittance instructions_
- _ Exposure Management & Collections on Past Due Invoices_
- _ Provide customers with Statement of Accounts_
- _ Timely resolution of invoice disputes_
- _ Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment with sensitive time frames._
- _ Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment_
- Qualifiers:_
- _ 2 plus years' experience in Accounting, Exposure Control, or Credit_
- _ Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel._
- _ Oracle knowledge preferred_
- _ Must be comfortable in a goal-oriented setting._
- _ Must be self-motivated and have excellent time management skills._
- _ Must have strong Customer Service skills._
