This position will be supporting the US Operations organization.
This position will also work closely with US Projects personnel to provide the assistance needed to help ensure attainment of financial and operational goals

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with month end/quarter end/and year end close process through accurate reporting of order bookings as well as reconciliation and reporting of various financial accounts.
- Responsible for creation and posting various key journal entries as well as identifying and resolving errors in invalid cost centers.
- Provide assistance to US Projects operations and their management teams by maintaining and finalizing month end financial packages for engineering centers.
- Account reconciliation and other month-end general accounting procedures
- Provide alternative ideas and actions to improve the everyday procedures of the financial activities
- Other ADHOC requests & one-off report creation to support management teams as assigned.

**EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
EDUCATON

Position requires a BA or BS in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 2 years of accounting or financial analysis experience or a Masters Degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 1 year of accounting or financial analysis experience.
