**As a Collections analyst, you will manage collection efforts for an assigned portfolio of accounts, and conduct detailed research, queries, reconciliation, and analysis required to resolve all nonpayment or account disputes and produce account status reports for management review.
**What you'll do**
- Accountable for reducing delinquency of assigned accounts
- Follow-up on customer past due balances appropriately
- Ensure all analysis, reconciliations and reporting is prepared accurately by deadlines

**What experience you need**
- English B2/C1
- 1 year Excel experience
- 1 year experience in the accounting department

- University student or graduate in a related career
- Accuracy and Analytical Skills
- Sense of Accountability/Responsibility
- Detail-oriented with good problem solving skills
