- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Ensure documentation is comprehensive and maintained up-to-date, including test plans, test cases, and reports.
- Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
- Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
- Maintain data analytics platforms/tools, ensuring that the data remains consistent across the database, is clearly defined, and the database performs and is accessed optimally.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a data analyst role.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with SQL databases; experience with Python.
- High proficiency in English.
- Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
- Proficient in the use of statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
- Experience in data models and reporting packages.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and write comprehensive reports.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
