Job Description

Emerson is seeking a seasoned sales professional to provide leadership and support to assigned account teams, driving success for our Process Systems & Solutions business group.

This high-visibility role involves regular interaction with top executives, focusing on delivering results for customers and Emerson.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Support Account Teams
    • Design and implement strategic account plans to drive successful sales activities.
    • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews for assigned accounts.
    • Facilitate internal and customer-facing meetings to ensure strategic alignment and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Engage Key Stakeholders
    • Collaborate with internal and external executives as required.
  • Meet or Exceed Bookings Target
    • Responsible for meeting or exceeding bookings targets for assigned accounts.
  • Support Sales Leadership
    • Support the sales leadership team as needed.
  • Develop Key Relationships
    • Build relationships with channel partners and customers within assigned accounts.
  • Drive Channel Partner Success
    • Utilize corporate resources to drive channel partner success.
  • Support Business Processes
    • Support Process Systems & Solutions business processes.
  • Manage Pursuit Activities
    • Responsible for managing and maintaining key pursuit activities per financial calendar for all assigned account pursuits.
  • Forecast Key Projects
    • Forecast key projects and account bookings & activities.
  • Represent Single Point of Contact
    • Represent the single point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Enable Efficient Communications
    • Enable efficient internal and external communications through utilizing internal and external networks.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Service Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of relevant experience.

Proven results in creating business growth and building effective relationships.

Knowledge of and experience with the Process Automation Industry.

Advanced English level B2+

Ability to travel 10%

Preferred

Experience working in virtual teams across multiple time zones with multiple cultures.

Experience with tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Applications.
