Knowledge & skills
- Scheduling and publishing to a range of social media channels (e.g.
LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
using native platforms and third-party tools.
- Social media governance and guidance/training.
- Community management, including response processes.
- Employee advocacy, including managing appropriate tools.
- Crisis management, including escalation processes.
- Content best practice across multiple platforms.
- Social media listening and analysis.
- Social media metrics, benchmarks and report creation.
- Understanding of social media, marketing and communications fundamentals, including how social media tactics connect to marketing strategy and commercial objectives.
- Excellent professional communications skills, including written and spoken English and presenting to stakeholders.
- Experience working with large, complex organisations with multiple brands/sub-brands.
- Experience within the B2B, financial sector or regulated industries is preferred.
