We need YOU

No property management experience necessary, but great if you have it. We’re hiring for culture fit and natural talent, not for resume bullet points. If you have great sales, administrative, relational and communication skills, we can teach the rest.
- **Broad responsibility to fill apartment leases by relating to and serve Traveling Nurse (TNs) who will reach out to you for a three month lease on one of our apartments. We want our TNs raving about you.**:

- **The ability to market and fill apartment units in five complexes in the Denver, CO, USA area with 95 beautifully furnished units.**:

- **Proactive, detail oriented, able to get people to sign leases and handle maintenance requests, with a sense of urgency and the desire to lead by serving, keeping your team informed, and serving the needs of our Traveling Nurses.**:

- **Piloting us to great customer service by upholding the highest standards and best practices, communicating superbly, and leading with a “whatever it takes” enthusiasm for life.**:

- **A joy for interacting with our Traveling Nurse guests to make our apartments a great experience they’ll be sad to leave, and will refer to all their friends.**

**Who are we?**

Excellent Adventure Properties, LLC is a Denver-based, team-oriented organization that owns very unique, furnished multi-family complexes around the Denver area.

We are intent on providing the best furnished apartment experience possible. To that end, Excellent Adventure Properties does not fit the traditional landlord/tenant model, but rather a “boutique” approach to getting it right every time, so that each of our three to twelve month guests leaves with the desire to send all their friends our way.
