**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Run reports.
- Do follow ups with AbbVie, BPO team or vendor
- Responsible to complete the internal and external audit samples

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Customer service advocate.
- Developed computer skills (Word, Excel, Explorer, etc).
- Intermediate English
- OTC Knowledge

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Customer Service/ Master Data experience
- Order to cash experience
- SAP and DSP knowledge
