Your previous experience within operational procurement or accounts payable will help you succeed.Your strong communication skills will enable you to interact with a multitude of organizational levels, typically from individual contributors to directors.Your analytical skills will be key to assist your stakeholders and continuously improve existing processes.**Responsibilities**:
- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE- Daily contact with external and internal stakeholders for support related with the PTP process.
- PTP KPI analysis control.
- Support Quality audits and process in Front office department.
- Develop a good relationship with the markets, and provide corresponding updates and follow ups during the monthly meetings (Market Reviews)
- Identify process improvement areas and drive efficiencies (Quality products)
- Run and analyze PTP and procurement reports as needed.
- Attend corporate and BES trainings.
- Support with process controls, internal and external audit.
- Work on PTP migration tasks when required.
- Create and update documentation of internal processes (SOPS,Jobaids,etc)
Skills and Experience
- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY- Previous AP and/or procurement experience
- Ability to prioritize daily work
- Good communication skills (written and verbally)
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated team player.
- Strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service
- Highly structured on the daily work/ time management.
- Ability to support stakeholders with technical questions
- Good understanding of internal controls and ways of working.
PERSONAL QUALITIES - SHARE OUR FOUNDER'S PASSION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL FLAIR- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Ability to present and interact with more senior levels in the organization
