**Responsibilities**:
- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE- Manage doubts and questions from the Invoices processing being the first point of contact of the processors
- Client Services, providing follow up and high-quality solution to assigned daily Sysald tickets.
- Local Market Backlog support: follow up directly with the Markets Users when documents are close be overdue
- Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities to automatize the process.
- Ensure AP procedures conform to GAAP and Bacardi policies and procedures.
- Analyse and keep GR/ IR accounts under control.
Skills and Experience
- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY- Previous experience in Invoices Processing in different markets
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Finance or Accounting Studies.
- Communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite preferred
- Intermediate English skills
