**Job Overview**

**To serve as the primary coordinator and support person for data coordination, management and reporting including accurate preparation and integration of data between systems, development of reports and dashboards, preparing data for required reports, and troubleshooting**

**The Digital Factory Transformation Lead is responsible for guiding and shaping how technology can help us transform our manufacturing processes and systems. This role will be responsible for supporting the overall Connected Factory implementation plan scheduling and budget for the Philips Costa Rica Site. This position will participate in developing, aligning and ensuring that the enterprise implementation schedule and budget are in sync with the Philips P2FG corporate initiatives and Industry 4.0. This will be part of a team responsible for project requirements, implementation schedule plans, and budgets.**

**Responsibilities**

Gather data from various sources and compile into a useable format to analyze and present results
- Designs reports and data dashboards for personnel based on specific instructional and department needs
- Ensure data is accurately and consistently maintained and troubleshoot inconsistencies
- Maintains procedural knowledge of guidelines for data reporting as well as technical knowledge of the systems used
- Manages data loading and maintenance of data
- Reporting tools and prepares accurate reports for staff
- Develops and manages internal data-integrity, system designs, business-logic rules and procedures for operational and business

**Requirements**:

- ** Advanced English**:

- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent training
- 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, materials management, project management, with strategic level business transformation projects preferred.
- Understanding of Manufacturing Operations and Materials Management, Industry 4.0 and/or Smart Factory Industry strategies and expectations.
- Master’s in Digital Transformation is a plus
- ** Requires 3+ years directly related experience in project or people management.**:

- Demonstrated success in leading and managing technical projects
- Proficiency with the most recent versions of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Project. Familiarity with SAP a plus
- Extensive knowledge of desktop support, network administration, and telecommunications
- Administrative Shift
