Overview:
We’re searching for a forward-thinking Solution Designer with a track record of consulting and training around educational technologies. You will provide dynamic, responsive, collaborative, and forward-thinking solutions to the technology learning programs and services that support the mission and goals of elev8. The role combines program design and management with a strong focus on staying current with a range of technologies. This role is not based in a specific country, and you will work within elev8’s sales unit under the Head of Solution Design and Digital Transformation.

**Responsibilities**:
**This role will**:

- Be responsible for developing learning solutions for B2C, B2B, and B2G customers including systems, multimedia, trainers, and data.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of the sales solutions for the sales strategy.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders in the regions to ensure strategic and scalable solutions while developing and maintaining communications and partnerships with external clients and partners
- Stay current on technology development and certifications to achieve constant innovation, growth, and improvements in the company’s educational services, contributing to its network of experts and trainers.
- Coordinate the implementation of educational programs, including ensuring they operate within budget guidelines to meet revenue, and profit goals.
- Negotiate with vendors and certification partners regarding contracts, pricing, and implementation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant standards and certifications.

Qualifications:
**In this role**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or other relevant disciplines; a master’s degree is desired.
- Technology certifications in Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Data Analytics (i.e., Microsoft, Amazon (AWS), Oracle, Google Cloud, EC-council, etc.)
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a consultant in any of the above technologies, in the education or training sector, as well as experience in major technology projects or migrations.
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and oral, as well as public speaking skills.
- Knowledge of innovative learning experiences and methodologies (e.g., action learning methodologies, virtual learning, etc.), core and emergent technologies, learning management systems and training platforms, educational systems (university, institute, academy), and data analytics in a training and learning environment.
- Strong research, innovation, critical thinking, project and program management, leadership, time management, organizational, facilitation, and coordination skills along with an understanding of assessment systems and the ability to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
