**In this role, your primary responsibilities include**:

- Collaborate closely with dentists, oral surgeons and dental labs, to review proposed surgical plans and designs
- Collect feedback from customers via digital platforms or calls and make final modifications to proposed surgical plans and/or dental designs by utilizing dental surgical planning and dental CAD software
- Provide feedback from customers to the Service Center Head to continuously improve service levels and potential expanding existing service offering
- Stay updated on technological advancements and best practices in digital dental surgical planning
- Build strong relationships with customers to provide added value to the services

**Your profile**:

- Dental technician or bachelor´s degree in Dentistry or a related field
- A team player that is comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
- In-depth knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion and the maxillofacial region
- Strong technical skills and ability to utilize digital technology and specialized software
- Experienced in dental CAD software
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with customers and the team
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in patient care
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
- Is capable and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Fluent in English
