Production Manager

We are seeking a Production Manager to join our dynamic team of industry leading experts. This key leadership position is responsible for production performance for the CR Plant, achieving goals and objectives for metrics performance to the budget, through proper coordination of all departments and resources, and ensure the appropriate, timely and successful transfer of products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for day-to-day production operations, execution to schedule, quality, cost. Continuous improvement activities, people development and safety.
- Drive 10% productivity/year improvement
- Ensure 98+% execution to the production schedule
- Ensure to meet all quality goals
- Ensure all missed orders have been identified and pro-actively communicated to our customers.
- Foster key relationships across the business and organization
- Lean supply chain and Kaizen/5S program driving on responsible functions.
- Manage Training department
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. (Must)
- At least 8 years’ experience of proven production management or material management experience in a high mix, high complexity production environment required. Electronics and SMT experience preferred.
- Advanced English
- Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm
