**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Organize and ensure the correct logistic of tours including tour guides assignation and transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite including Microsoft Teams
- Flexible working hours / weekly schedule including working during weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent verbal and written English, an extra European language would be advantageous.
- Someone who never stops looking ahead, seeking new ways to delight customers
- Ability to work under pressure, able to work effectively on tight timetables or deadlines
- Exceptional time management skills
**ABOUT YOU**
- An experienced individual in tourism business. Someone with strong knowledge and understanding of the Tour Operation Industry
- Microsoft Office knowledge and ease of technology is a must
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish & English is a must (additional languages, such as French or German will be an advantage but not required for position)
- A pro-active professional with a clear focus on quality and efficiency
- A talented professional, team player who wants to learn, grow and drive their career
- Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly learns new skills
