Operations Agent

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Organise and ensure the correct logistic of tours including tour guides assignation and transportation.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite including Microsoft Teams
- Flexible working hours / weekly schedule including working during weekends.
- Ensure last minute operational changes are managed in detail and suppliers receive all the guests’ requests.
- Guarantee that all information of the operation is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.
- Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed.

**ABOUT YOU**
- An experienced individual in tourism. Ideally someone with strong knowledge and understanding of the Tour Operation Industry.
- Microsoft Office knowledge and ease of technology is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish & English is a must (additional languages, such as French or German will be an advantage but not required for position)
- A pro-active professional with a clear focus on quality and efficiency
- A talented professional, team player who wants to learn, grow and drive their career
- Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly learns new skills
