Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage quality related projects for our lifecycle management products (SVS - Supply Value Stream), and to support upcoming transfer of production to Costa Rica

You will report to Head of Quality, Coloplast Costa Rica Volume Manufacturing site, Cartago.

Tasks & responsibilities

The role of SVS Project Coordinator is to ensure completion of projects according to scope, plan, budget and relevant instructions

Prepare, support and perform screening tests, validations in regards to SVS projects

Responsible in managing projects within categories

Material and design change on existing product

Optimization or trouble shooting due to high scrap, critical production errors and high complaint levels resulting from raw materials

Cost reduction projects due to economic reasons or to mitigate risk at current supplier second source projects

Local related projects requested by Management

Managing project with a global mindset and with holistic thinking - respect to the cultural differences and local production set up

Collect and supply data to status reports and KPIs

Contribute to general competence development and knowledge sharing in the department

Participate in development and maintenance of procedures and instructions relevant to the position

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor degree in Engineering or related

Minimum 4 years experience in related positions

Fluent English skills (both verbal and written) minimum B2+

Able to travel approximately 20-25 days yearly

Knowledge of Excel, Word, Notes, Power Point, etc

Knowledge of MS Project advance
