**Responsibilities**
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify automation opportunities by analyzing and documenting processes and assessing the feasibility of automation or improved user experiences.
- Direct meetings, interviews, and workshops designed to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Document processes, release notes, and other project materials to support development, security, operations, and maintenance.
- Participate in QA testing activities, including testing at the task and end-to-end process levels, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Communicate with colleagues or customers during product development to make sure it fits the design.
- Support business teams in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology-related major or two years of related work experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
- Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows.
- Basic understanding of SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile development methodologies including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support, and maintenance.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Exposure to BI software such as Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience using flowcharting software (Lucidchart or Visio).
- Experience with Salesforce Administration and RPA tools such as UiPath, BluePrism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Certification in SCRUM or Agile Project Management
- Certification in LEAN Six Sigma
