Performs daily activities in billing including updating customer profiles, creating and distributing invoices in a timely and efficient manner, and ensuring billing accuracy. Resolve basic disputes and discrepancies concerning customer profiles, billing, and invoicing. Prepare Billing reconciliations, generate billing reporting and monitor the accounts receivables of the company.

**What you’ll do**:

- Perform daily activities in billing including updating customer billing profiles
- Creating and distributing invoices to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Complete customer setup, contract review, and invoicing.
- Resolve most complex disputes and escalations concerning customer profiles, billing, and invoicing.
- Promote strong collaborative relationships with internal customers, including Customer Service, Sales, and any other departments.
- Performs other related work as assigned by management.

**What experience do you need**:

- Technical degree or at least 2 years of university studies, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Advanced spoken and written English Level (B2 or C1).
- 2-4 years working in an Accounting environment.

- Oracle knowledge.
- Salesforce or CRM experience.
- Excel and Google Sheets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication ability.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
