**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for compliance with applicable corporate, divisional and site policies and procedures.
- Responsible of documents equipment qualifications, repairs, moves, modifications and preventive maintenance performed on equipment, including part and instruments used, to assure appropriate documentation on Maximo system.
- Responsible to document any work performed in Maximo using the correct WO as per applicable procedure and justify all the working hours on the system.
- Responsible of maintains back-up/spare equipment and ensures spare parts are maintained at the required levels, to meet equipment needs in operations and supporting areas. Also responsible of correct use of spare parts and instruments.
- Responsible to maintains maintenance areas in a clean and organize condition, including maintenance lab, mezannine and work stations (maintenance and operations WS).
- Responsible to responds to complaints on equipment and work orders (DM, PM and all WOs types), and correct it.
- Responsible to provide support on equipment/process troubleshooting.
- Responsible to assure the correct installation of an equipment, including the verification of all the facilities requi correct wire management installation, and maintain it within the time.

- including create new equipment asset on system and complete all the activities requires to realease the equi equipment installation, validation, etc.
- Responsible to perform root cause analysis on basic to medium equipment failures and identify/implement improv opportunities or corrections.
- Responsible to identify improvement on maintenance procedures, including EMPs, EQPs, others and requires supp update documentation.
- Responsible to provide support to the development and training plans of Maintenance technicians I.
- Responsible to request help to priories his own work.
- Responsible to complete all the training required and assure self training before equipment intervention.
- Responsible to be train on critical equipment.

**Education**:

- Technical Degree: Electronics, Electric, Maintenance or Mechanical technician
- Language Proficiency: Intermediate commands of English

**Experience**:

- 3 year of experience related to equipment troubleshooting, improvements identification and implementation, equipment design and/or equipment maintenance positions is required, preferred in medical devices companies.

**Qualifications & Education**:

- High Equipment Technical knowledge required.
- Microsoft Offices Packages: Handles MS Word, Power Point and Excel at intermediate level.
- Able to read and interpreter technical manuals, schematic/ electrical drawings and use precision tools and test equipment.
- Lean and Six Sigma knowledge/certification as a plus, as example: Yellow or Green Belt, TPM, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Root cause analysis, others.
- Maintenance metrics knowledge as a plus, as example: equipment availability, MTBF, MTBR, etc.
- CAB/CAD knowledge/ certification, including SW and Autocad as a plus.
- PLCs and software installation knowledge/ training as a plus.
- Ownership, problem-solving skills and low to medium complexity decision making required.
- Minimum supervision needed.
