**Company Description**

Identificar, diseñar e implementar mejoras en procesos que permitan lograr una organización cada vez más ágil y competitiva, aplicando las mejores prácticas de administración de proyectos y excelencia operacional al tiempo que se cumple con los procedimientos y regulaciones aplicables
- Diseñar, mejorar e implementar métodos, estaciones de trabajo y distribuciones de planta que garanticen la calidad, la productividad y las condiciones de ambiente, salud y seguridad óptimas para que el proceso de manufactura cumpla con las metas clave del negocio.
- Ejecutar análisis de desperdicios para lograr el valor óptimo de los procesos y generar ahorros acordes con las metas de la planta.
- Aplicar los principios de administración de proyectos y de excelencia operacional en los proyectos y actividades a cargo.
- Coordinar y ejecutar pruebas relacionadas con la optimización de procesos y la solución de problemas, asegurando el cumplimiento con los procedimientos y requisitos aplicables.
- Contribuir activamente a la solución de problemas detectados en el proceso de manufactura según se requiera, aplicando metodologías y herramientas reconocidas.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos corporativos y legales de EHS, mediante el acatamiento de la política y los procedimientos internos. Así mismo, garantizar el cumplimiento mediante la adopción de estrategias, controles internos comunicación y entrenamientos necesarios.
- Mejorar continuamente los resultados de EHS a través del liderazgo, el compromiso y la participación en todas las iniciativas relacionadas con EHS.
- Todas las demás funciones inherentes al cargo y aquellas asignadas por su jefe inmediato.

**Qualifications**
- Bachillerato o Licenciatura en Ingeniería o Producción Industrial, Ingeniería en Diseño Industrial, o carrera a fin.
- Experiência de al menos 2 años en procesos de Manufactura o en Ingeniería de Procesos.
- Herramientas de Excelencia Operacional, Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, Scrum Master, Minitab.
- Sistemas de gestión de calidad regulados (QSR, ISO 13485)
- Diseño de Experimentos
- Ingles B2
