Global Water Solutions is looking for an **Institutional Sales Manager **to join our committed sales force with a focus on our multi-Function taps and associated range of products. GWS is one of the world’s largest pressure tank and water enhancement product manufacturers. The **position **will report directly to the Regional Director Latin America, based in San Pedro, Costa Rica, and will oversee the Sales and Marketing of the Quatreau Tap family and the HydreauBar range for restaurants and facilities to all appropriate channels.

**Your Responsibilities**

You will have the ability to deeply analyse and understand the potential of our product portfolio and study and plan the correct commercial strategy for the launch, introduction, and achievement of the goals. Overseeing the project, you will be able to understand the critical issues and needs of both the products and the market and must be able to formulate strategies to fully exploit business growth. Amongst the various tasks you will have to demonstrate organizational skills related to the recruitment of technical sales personnel necessary for the technical support of the products both before and after sales. You will be able to understand latest trends and market needs by helping or proposing the study and development of further new products.

The position includes the following responsibilities:

- Full management of the market launch of the Quatreau Tap family and HydreauBar;
- Analysis of the market, competitors and data relating to consumer habits and needs in the sustainable hospitality market.
- Planning of commercial and marketing strategies
- Create the sales and customer service force.
- Product line development based on market data analysis and consumer response.
- Drafting of the report for the management

**Your Attributes**:

- University/College Diploma, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or related fields
- Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese considered a plus.
- Minimum 4-5 years of prior experience in similar roles, with special focus on the LATAM market and the HO.RE.CA channel development
- Technical knowledge on water treatment products and consumer high end goods is considered a plus.
- Communicative and creative with good negotiation skills
- Problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit and cordial personality.
- Analytical approach with a keen interest for Digital Marketing
