**Your role at Baxter**:

Baxter Healthcare Corporation is searching for a highly motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage contracts as a Supervisor. **Your Team**:
We are seeking a Supervisor, Contracts, who can effectively supervise the management of contracts and agreements. Your strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines will have a direct impact on our contracts' outcomes. Working closely with various teams, you will ensure seamless contract implementation and actively participate in identifying areas of improvement. The position requires collaboration with other cross functional stakeholders across the Commercial Operations Organizations, like Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Finance, etc. to ensure alignment of goals, strategies, initiatives, and Priorities.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Manage a portfolio of contracts and agreements, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date
- Lead and coordinate a group of collaborators to ensure the Contracts Activities (Memberships, Non Committed, Price Activations, Line Hold Processes, etc) are completed accurately, timely and are aligned to support the Commercial Ops Targets, Goals and Priorities
- Prepare the Monthly Results/Metrics to Review, working closely with leadership. Participate on monthly reviews of results, provide improvement actions where necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to review contract terms and negotiate favorable agreements
- Perform comprehensive analysis of contract performance and regularly share reports with relevant parties.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring effective communication throughout the contract lifecycle
- Proactively identify potential contract risks and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Lead and mentor a team of contract administrators, providing guidance and support as needed

**What you'll bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or a similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish), B2+ minimum
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
