- **An educational background as a paralegal or legal assistant is not required but is an asset**_. Fluent English required. English and Spanish are the languages in the work environment.

**Minimum Experience**:1-2 years as paralegal _**is an asset.**_

- **JOB REQUIREMENTS**_

**Education/Skills, Knowledge and Abilities/Attributes**
- 1 year of experience as a paralegal **preferred but not required**
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional client and file management.
- Strong teamwork skills, trustworthy, accountable, proactive and a positive work attitude.
- College diploma/degree
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary: $900-1000 USD per month depending on experience.**

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Legal: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₡1,200.00 - ₡1,350.00 per month
