An educational background as a paralegal or legal assistant is not required but is an asset_. Fluent English required. English and Spanish are the languages in the work environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS_

Education/Skills, Knowledge and Abilities/Attributes

  • 1 year of experience as a paralegal
    preferred but not required
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional client and file management.
  • Strong teamwork skills, trustworthy, accountable, proactive and a positive work attitude.
  • College diploma/degree
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$ USD per month depending on experience.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Bachelor's (preferred)
