**Your Role and Responsibilities**
The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for the creation of custom reports, generating insights from sets of data using different data analytics tools, creating presentations and documents with the findings, and presenting said insights to multiple audiences. The Technical Business Analyst also performs some technical tasks on Active Directory as the activation and deactivation of accounts, password resets and management of service accounts. This role works in close collaboration with Account Managers, and Technical Managers to ensure services are running smoothly and areas of opportunity are identified.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- At least 1 year of experience providing weekly status reports, monthly reports, and generating insights from sets of data.
- Hands-on experience with basis Active Directory tasks such as: user creation, disabling accounts, working with service accounts.
- Experience using Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
- Experience presenting to multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English fluency is required for this role.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Knowledge in IT Security
- 1 year of experience working as a Service Desk analyst or similar positions.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory and IAM technologies, preferred but not required.
