**Responsabilidades**:

- Aprende, aplica y comparte conocimientos de productos, procesos de fabricación y equipos. Particularmente enfocada en procesos de micro-grinding (rectificado)
- Mantenimiento o mejora del proceso productivo basado en métricas como: Yield, consumo de materiales, tiempos de ciclo, etc.
- Liderar o participar en proyectos para maximizar la productividad.
- Liderar o participar en proyectos de reducción de costos, tales como: reducción de scrap, mejora de flujo, reducción de inventario, reducción de tiempos de ciclo, et
- Monitorear las actividades del proceso de manufactura, medir las características importantes del proceso (CTQ) y analizar la variación con el fin de detectar y reducir el desperdicio de los nuevos productos o procesos que se están introduciendo.
- Analizar y proveer información para la toma de decisiones relacionadas con el resultado de los indicadores claves al momento de entregar un proceso o producto a manufactura.
- Participar en la introducción de nuevos números de parte en una plataforma o proceso tecnológico ya existente.
- Liderar procesos y validaciones de equipos o procesos (IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Implementación de nuevas tecnologías que maximicen la operación. P.ej. Obsolescencia, aumento de capacidad, versatilidad, ergonomía, etc.

**Requisitos**
- Bachillerato universitario finalizado (Electromecánica, Mecánica o Materiales)
- Experiência Mínimo 2 años de experiência laboral.
- Inglés intermedio - avanzado.

**POSICIÓN TEMPORAL POR 03 MESES, CON POSIBILIDADES DE EXTENSIÓN.**
