Industrial Engineer role -** **hybrid role, to start onsite could go remote at a later date.**

Must possess a degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with with +1 year manufacturing industry related experience.

Additional qualifications include:

- Ability to work well in a diverse team environment & across geographies.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing capacity management in a dynamic environment; problem solving Methodologies and Data analysis (JMP, SQL, pathfinder, others).
- Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability, run rate / beat rate capacity analysis, equipment performance validations, and factory capacity planning and capital equipment management.
- Prior experience acting as a Liaison between manufacturing sites and product development teams.
- Good communication, Intermediate English both verbal and written needed, team work and listening skills with attention to detail.
- Experience at coordinating Manufacturing operations and IE deliverables with internal customers.
- Intermediate level exp in Excel required - **an assessment will be required.
