You ensure that customer plans are developed and executed by supporting the delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers and work with key account managers to implement plans to deliver our annual target.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
- Leads the development of the trade marketing part of the category annual plans (contract process)
- Understands market dynamics / consumer insights by channel to participate on trade marketing strategic decisions
- Leads the business planning meeting where the sales quotas are built in order to accomplish the annual plans based on relevant building blocks
- Suggests and influences investment in category building blocks, according to category and channel need, and is accountable of execution excellence at point of sale
- Follows up the competition’s commercial activity in the category in order to detect business opportunities and potential threats for the brand
- Plays a leadership role within the multi categories teams by leading, providing accurate and relevant channel point of sale information that will lead to find business opportunities such as innovations, customer promotions, portfolio, pricing, etc. that will lead to achieve multi categories targets

**More about this role**:
- Responsible for aligning and deploying the Trade Marketing plans in multiple countries through a collaborative effort with Full-Service Master-Distributors.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing or related areas
- Advance English is required (oral & written)

**More about the role**:
- Deep understanding of the different countries /channels trends and needs to identify business growth opportunities
- Capture country specific channel, retailer, and shopper insights to design execution plan by retail environment
- Working closely with customers, sales, and cross functional teams to ensures Master Distributor / Customer executes aligned to business plan (Npds, promotions, Taylor made activities etc.)
- Support and track activities to ensure best in class execution of plans and PPOS
- Ensures Perfect Store standards are executed by Master Distributor / Customer (MSL / Picture of success and PPOS strategy implementation
- Develop enablers in collaboration with Perfect Store & Shopper activation to accelerate PPOS coverage (E2E strategy and action plans)
- Improve secondary display coverage to increase shoppers' awareness
- KPIs tracking & action plans to deliver goals
- Sell out: Ensure big bets execution to deliver growth and local tactic plans to deliver gap closing activities to meet IBP targets and build with sales superior RTM model tools (training, incentives, PPOS etc)
- Planning, control, and execution of annual budget: drive efficiency in promotional spending (G2N). Optimize funds and promotional events across customers, allocating according to needs -Pre/ post promotion interpretation of financial analysis
