**Modalidad**:Híbrido pueden trabajar desde casa, o la oficina dependiendo la necesidad del servicio.

**Objetivo del cargo**:Aplicar los conocimientos desarrollados en la materia para resolver problemas de diversa complejidad y alcance. Establece directrices y recomienda alternativas apropiadas.Ingeniero ATS (soporte técnico avanzado). Esta persona brindará soporte en la región de América (Norte y América Latina), soporte de nível 2 para soluciones de software HP, soporte directo al cliente, la persona recibirá llamadas o correos electrónicos y comenzará a solucionar problemas con los clientes (generalmente personal de TI, consultores técnicos de HP, servicio en sitio). proveedores -usuarios con conocimientos técnicos-). La solución de problemas se realiza de forma remota, ya sea en tiempo real o después de programar una cita. Actualmente la arquitectura de los servidores de los clientes es físico, moviéndose más a la nube, lo que aumento la complejidad.

**Funciones principales**:Resolver con éxito los problemas técnicos (software/soluciones/conectividad).

Representar y participar como parte del equipo del cliente en visitas, conferencia de la industria / feria comercial, reunión de proveedores, entre otros.

Participar frecuentemente con el equipo de búsqueda de ventas.

Trabajar en una o más líneas de productos (por ejemplo, proactiva, reactiva, almacenamiento, sistemas empresariales, etc.).

Asistir proactivamente a las empresas internas o externas y a los usuarios finales para evitar o reducir la aparición de problemas.

Capacidad para actuar como líder de un equipo o proyecto, proporcionando dirección a las actividades del equipo y facilitando la validación de la información y el proceso de toma de decisiones del equipo.

**Educación y experiência requerida**

Profesional Técnico Certificado en licenciatura en computación, ingeniería en Sistema, software o afines.

Ingles C1 +.

**Conocimientos y habilidades**:
Excelente capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas para contribuir a los planes de acción técnica.

Capacidades superiores de atención al cliente.

Capacidad para resolver y documentar soluciones para uso de otros técnicos y clientes

Requisitos del perfil de ATS Solutions:
Protocolos de comunicación (SNMP, servicios web y tecnologías de red).

Protocolos de red (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, etc.) y herramientas de red (Wireshark, mib tools )

Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS): alojamiento web general de MS IIS

Uso del balanceador de carga de red (NLB) de clúster/red para configuraciones de alta disponibilidad
