EOT NAM Analytics is an analytical workstream supporting the EO&T Charge Outs business. It is part of the Assurance organization in FRSS / Citi Shared Services Costa Rica.

What is Charge Outs? The settlement/transactions resulting from the intercompany process between internal service providers and customers requiring goods or services to operate effectively and efficiently.

What does EOT NAM Analytics do? The EOT NAM Analytics professional works as an extension of EO&T/Global Functions Controllers in NY, and act as NAM service providers for the following Operations and Technology / Global Functions segments: Citi Realty Services, Citi Shared Services, Global Functions Technology, Chief Operating Office, Chief Information Security Office & Internal Consulting Services. EOT NAM analysts manage the end-to-end charge outs responsibilities for these segments and have a global oversight to ensure Actuals are aligned to expectations. In addition, each year EOT NAM supports FP&A in the creation of the Charge Outs Plan/Budget and additional forward-looking scenarios such as Outlook and during Functional cycles. These functions are supported by Finance teams globally.

**Key Responsibilities**

Work in conjunction with service providers supporting the managed segments in scope, including but not limited to:

- Oversee the monthly billing process (managed out of FRSS Mumbai) i.e., internal allocations to Citi customers.
- Address billing rejects, APS maintenance and validations timely in coordination with FRSS Charge Outs Mumbai Team.
- Prepare ad-hoc Management Adjustment entries resulting from preliminary and month-end reviews to ensure alignment of Actuals to Plan/Outlook.
- Maintain an updated APS Forecast based on the latest changes made to Plan/Outlook.
- Analyze monthly Actuals and variances versus expected targets. Charge-outs to customers and EO&T/GF service provider recoveries are to be monitored every month along with supporting explanations.
- Monitor monthly EBIT results together with service providers.
- Perform a quarterly review of charge outs to assess whether an adjustment is required for the recovery and/or customer charges to align to actual and expected expenses due to changes from Plan.
- Validate monthly data through frequent system reconciliations, drill down analysis and other controls.
- Assist service providers with the preparation of the annual Charge Outs Plan process for the segments under FRSS CR scope.
- Validate Charge-outs methodologies to be applied to the expense allocable base provided by FP&A
- Understand the business drivers of the expenses that will be charged out, which is key to build and provide financial analytical insights.
- Provide support to FP&A during additional forward-looking requirements such as: Outlook and Functional windows.
- Perform ad hoc analysis at managed segment, managed geography, legal vehicle, bank / non-bank, among others.
- Strong interaction and partnership with NAM and Regional Controllers, FP&A, Business, EOT NAM and FRSS Charge Outs Mumbai teams.
- Identify process improvement needs within own role and EOT NAM team to simplify, improve data quality, and drive re-engineering efforts to make processes more efficient.
- Maintain a strong control environment throughout process execution, deliverables, and record management.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- +4 years of Accounting/Finance or related experience required
- Advance English proficiency (90% or above)
- Intermediate/Advanced PC skills (Excel and MS Office, databases, Power BI / Tableau is a plus)
- IFW experience preferred (Pearl, APS, FRM)
- Digital tools proficiency is a plus
- Proven record of strong problem solving and analytical skills to handle ad-hoc queries and analyze data from different angles and perspectives.
- Strong financial analysis.
- Ability to anticipate, analyze and address situations, ensuring that the overall process is not adversely impacted.
