**Overview**:
Are you a Lead Generation or Marketing strategy person who enjoys daily interactions with a potential client base? Shyft is looking for an Inside Account Representative who can deliver results and provide exceptional customer service to our partners. In the Inside Account Representative role you work with specific, identified accounts. You will work with your colleagues to Qualified, onboard and provide appropriate information to meet our customers needs while supporting company directives to drive revenues/margins to ensure organizational profitability. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required**:

- Formulate account plans around Lead Generation and marketing strategies
- Work is usually performed independently and requires the exercise of judgment and discretion. Receives initial direction and work may be reviewed for accuracy and quality.
- Collaborates with brand management, brand marketing and other marketing functions to support product/brand sales growth and demand generation and execute marketing activities.
- Coordinates the delivery of marketing/sales products with internal team members, business partners, external vendors and others.
- Ensures final marketing/sales products meet identified specifications, internal quality standards and external legal requirements Such activities may include the following as well as other duties as assigned:

- Note account slippage and create a proactive strategy to gain business
- Effectively manage a Lead pipeline to guarantee continual growth
- Make inbound and outbound Lead generation calls to an established client base in order to transfer the qualified Lead to the stake holder
- Build influential relationships with our both internal and external customers
- Identify and develop business opportunities
- Create business plans to uncover new opportunities and increase Shyft Lead demand
- Represent Shyft professionally in daily interface with internal and external business partners, customers, and supporting departments
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Meets attendance and punctuality standards

**Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required**:

- Possesses strong data entry skills.
- Able to use common office equipment.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
- Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)
- Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
- Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
- Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Adjust readily to change and adapt as needed in regards to multiple parts of our organization

**Required Experience and Education**:

- High School/G.E.D. Certification plus 3 years relevant experience
- 2 Year Degree plus 2 years relevant experience

**Preferred Experience and Education (Years & Type)**:

- 4 year degree with Sales/Marketing emphasis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
