**Role Responsibilities**
- Contributes in ensuring outstanding customer service quality levels, maintaining valid supporting documents for all transactions, providing research, root cause and recommendations to address gaps in delivering incumbent duties, investigating issues, and providing resolutions.

**Role Requirements**
- Good written and spoken English language skills (B2).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong at analyzing data, proactive and with great attention to details.
- 1 - 2 years in Accounts Receivables, collections or equivalent.
- Technical Accounting Degree is a plus.
- Cash accounts reconciliations (Plus).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Tools, especially MS Excel (intermediate).
