**Full Stack Developer (Remote)**

**Heredia, Costa Rica**

SGF Global is looking for a Full Stack Developer, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.

**Overview**:

- The Full Stack Developer work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action._

**Requirements**:

- _Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field_
- _Master's Degree (preferred)_
- At least 5 years backend or Full-stack software development experience.
- At least 5 years expert level Java programming expertise is required for this position, Kotlin experience is highly desirable.
- At least 3 years’ experience with creating Restful webservices using SpringBoot
- At least 3 years’ experience with SQL (Azure SQL DB preferable) and NoSQL DBs (MongoDB, CosmosDB preferable) - at least 3 years’ experience with the Azure tech stack (preferable), can also consider other cloud provider experience if other skills are good (AWS, GCP)
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Experience with CI/CD principles, architecture, and operations (highly desirable)
- Experience with streaming or messaging systems, such as Kafka or Azure message bus (highly desirable)
- Experience in creating Microservices (highly desirable)
- Experience with Azure Cognitive Search (value adds)
- Experience using Docker and Kubernetes (value adds)
- Knowledge of Terraform preferable (value adds)
- Understanding of data modeling preferable (value adds)
- Azure Analytics and App insights (value adds)
- English C1
- Full time (8h)

**Duties and Tasks**:

- The Full Stack Developer standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and debugging and develops fixes.
- Research complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues.
- Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
- Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires mínimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
- Follows established guidelines/procedures.
