**Developer Job Requirements and Responsibilities**:
Develop next generation CMS digital platform and support BAU activities
The Lead Full Stack Developer will lead an agile team of developers and test automation engineers and grow them into a high-performance team
Architect brand-new software solutions to fulfill project requirements
Create, design, and implement layouts for new and existing web pages
Create and maintain database designs for data storage and processing
Maintain legacy code written by other developers, including bug fixes
Integrate external software libraries and APIs into existing projects
Provide experience and support for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects
Build components and design libraries to create standardized experiences
Collaborate with other engineers to implement high-quality distributed software and integrations
Collaborate with the design and product teams to implement responsive and user-friendly designs
Ensure that code is scalable, reusable, and maintainable
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development

**Web Developer Skills and Qualifications**:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Developer, 7+ years experience is preferred
Must have 3-5 years experience developing product from scratch and leading the development team
3-5 years of demonstrated experience in architecting cloud service platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) services, particularly Lambda, API Gateway, and CDK
3 -5 years of Experience designing, implementing, and using RESTful Web Services and headless CMS with Service-Oriented Architecture
Proven experience with CI/CD tools and best practices
A strong foundation of front-end development and backend technologies
Knowledge and experience with various TypeScript frameworks like React, D3, etc.,
Strong database management skills with both SQL and No-SQL databases
Knowledge in AEM or other CMS technologies
Experience working in an agile environment
Experience designing and developing mobile-first and responsive websites
Ability to write and edit technical documentation
Working with a team in information architecture, data quality and BI
- analytics
Present complex IT concepts and project metrics to both technical and non-technical audiences
Document design decisions and develop software components, adhering to existing process guidelines
Self-starter, who demonstrates personal initiative.

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
