**Role Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate exceptional expertise and proficiency within the Third-Party Labor Operations categories.
- Act as a key contributor and ambassador in continuously improving and documenting Third-Party Labor’s related procedures, systems, communications, and training.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with GSP team members, WU Legal, and WU business units engaged in Third-Party Labor administration activities.
- Oversee, evaluate, review statements of work, letters of authorization, non-disclosure agreements and other legal documents supporting multiple internal lines of business to ensure compliance with WU policies and applicable laws and regulations.
- Oversee VMS databases and repositories of Contingent Labor
- Ensure compliance within Third-Party Labor with WU compliance and internal audit.
- Assist WU Legal in the regular updating of WU standard contract templates; Provide recommendations to ensure templates are meeting business needs.

**Role Requirements**:

- Knowledge of contract law, terms and conditions, and applicable regulations, laws, and policies.
- Excellent analytical and assessment skills including the ability to summarize results and communicate conclusions concisely.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of employees, management, vendors, partners and third parties.
- English Proficiency.
- Contingent Labor Program experience a plus, but not required.
