Su función y responsabilidades
Los estudiantes son empleados contratados para una tarea preprofesional/profesional mientras están matriculados en una universidad/institución educativa o justo después de finalizar la titulación y trabajan para IBM como parte obligatoria de su programa académico o trabajan durante las vacaciones, descansos y/o periodos vacacionales o como año de prácticas, por ejemplo, cooperativas y becarios. l empleado prioriza las tareas y elige el mejor método.

Experiência y conocimiento práctico en varias actividades departamentales interrelacionadas. Conciencia de las actividades funcionales.

**Comunicación/Negociación**:
Busca e intercambia información, ideas y conceptos. Se necesitan algunas habilidades de presentación. Podría requerir negociación para lograr la coordinación.

**Resolución de problemas**:
Utilizar conocimientos técnicos especializados para identificar, evaluar y resolver diversos problemas interrelacionados de varios fuentes.
Recomienda mejoras a los procedimientos establecidos.

**Contribución/Liderazgo**:
Responsable de una variedad de procesos interrelacionados dentro de procedimientos bien establecidos.
Responsable de establecer horarios de trabajo de forma individual o como miembro de un equipo.
El proceso se supervisa según sea necesario.
Proporciona orientación técnica.

**Impacto en el negocio/alcance**:
Responsable de los resultados individuales y del impacto de los resultados en el equipo, actividades interrelacionadas o proyecto.

Experiência profesional y técnica preferida
Diploma de escuela secundaria,
Fluidez en inglés oral y escrito.
Estudiante universitario de ingeniería avanzada (sistemas, informática, industrial, electrónica, eléctrica.)
