**About the Role**:
The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Campaign Analyst is an entry-level advertising role within our Search Engine Marketing Team. SEM Campaign Analysts, after a short training period, will help develop, implement, and optimize our clients' Google Advertising strategy as well as help grow our Google Advertising platform.
**Your Area of Focus**:
- **Program Collaboration**: Work with our Digital Marketing Specialists to plan, develop, and implement comprehensive strategies to increase visibility, brand recognition and drive lead/user acquisition across online, paid advertising channels (namely Google Advertising)
- **Program Optimization**: Continually test and optimize campaigns to maximize effectiveness and conversions using A/B and multivariate testing models
- **Program Reporting**: Identify and track key program/campaign metrics, and provide analysis to demonstrate goal achievement and areas of optimization
- **Program Management**: Responsibility for planning, purchasing and budgetary control of online, paid advertising programs
- **Product Marketing**: Leverage SEM knowledge and experience to help continually optimize and improve Tebra's practice growth platform.
**Your Professional Qualifications**:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or another similar field
- Up-to-date Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications
- Passion for digital marketing and a basic understanding of existing and emerging PPC products and services, as well as other forms of paid placement and online lead generation programs
- Having a basic understanding of local SEM/SEO is a plus
- Proficient in Excel with proven experience analyzing and working with large data sets
- Strong written and verbal communication required. Client-facing experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and close attention to details
- Healthcare experience is not required but previous experience marketing to medical practices and/or physicians is a plus
