We have a new **Canada-based** client who is looking for **Billing Agents **to add to our Team. **The first class starts on March 18th.**
As a **Billing Agent, **you will:
Interact with customers/ customer information on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Provides information to customers about product features. Helps customers when they are faced with problems or need information and/or ensure customer information is updated accurately.
**Key Responsibilities**
Responsible for responding to inbound call inquiries and complaints related to billing such as:
- Price inquiries and bill discrepancies for protection and/or maintenance plans.
- Price inquiries and bill discrepancies for rental products.
- Service installation charge disputes.
- Account issues (e.g., product not billed, bill corrections, incorrect bill, update contact information).
- Payment inquiries (e.g., how to make payment, payment due date, how to sign up for pre-authorized payment);
- Deceased Customer.
- Enrolling Customers on e-billing.
- Billing overall inquiries, including summary requests for historical data.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in Customer Service is preferred
- English Proficiency of CEFR B2 / 85% or better
- Successful completion of high school education is preferred
- Position fully Work from Office
