- Work independently to build both ad-hoc and standard reporting for the ICM engagement, including management and LOB specific requests, interact with managers and project team to address project related queries and gather feedback on delivered projects
- Discuss and understand project scope and client requirements. Work directly with Moody's Investors Service analysts, managers, and support task allocation internally where required
- Provide accurate output on standard and sophisticated tasks and achieve the targets efficiently
- Responsible for leading and maintain large volumes of data in Excel, Access and SQL to provide reporting to Investor Contact Management (ICM).
- BA/BS in business, finance, management or similar field
- 1-3 years of professional meaningful work experience, preferably working in a financial institution, with credit and/or research knowledge
- Innovative problem-solving skills with ability to take quick decisions and multi-task to handle pressure situations
- Self-motivated, sense of ownership and efficient time management
- Demonstrates intellectual integrity, independence, thoroughness, rigor, conviction, and judgment
- Engages in teamwork with a positive and constructive attitude
- Displays a clear customer-centric, outstanding service orientation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
