The Integrated Project Manager (IPM) for Moody’s, reporting to Head of Design, will be the main contact for project management on Brand team projects. The role will work closely with the various partners across Design, Production, Video, Data Viz and Social. The IPM is responsible for planning and coordinating complex multi-platform projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The IPM plans and designates project resources, prepares budgets, monitors progress, and keeps team members informed.

Moody’s delivers a high volume of design, video, podcast and data viz projects. This role is the link between these teams and responsible for liaising with business marketing leaders to ensure they are all working collaboratively to deliver a shared vision.

Core Responsibilities:

- Running the full life-cycle of larger creative projects from request to completion
- Run project management systems such as Trello, Jira and/or Airtable
- Filling in and updating brief documents enabling teams have a full understanding of requirements
- Act as producer managing budgets, coordinating editing process, booking crew, reporting as necessary for the Video team
- Leading project risks, including the development of contingency plans
- Maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact
- Conducting a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in management
- 3 or more years’ experience, preferably in financial or corporate environment
- Knowledge of production processes across design, video and web
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional English proficiency
- Work well under pressure, time-sensitive, and rapidly evolving situations with a high attention to detail
- Ability to manage and take ownership of work across multiple projects simultaneously, spanning varying deadlines
- Superb communication skills with a proven track record of interacting with colleagues / senior leadership in cross-functional teams
