**Job Purpose:
To provide project data analysis and resource planning support in a multi-project, multi-disciplined organization, by gathering and analyzing data from different sources and providing business level information and reports to support the decision-making process on high level management.

**Responsibilities**:
**Business Planning Support
- Work closely with Managers and Directors to set-up, implement and follow-up on business reporting and financial assets analysis.
- Develop management presentations using information gathered from all business levels.
- Provide financial level information to the local site on project status and administrative processes.
- Provide business level information and specific reports to Management to facilitate organizational planning and staffing strategy.
- Coordinate maintenance and promote use of the best cost Engineering Center Sites.
- Participate in developing metrics to measure productivity and efficiency.
- Suggest and develop improvements for processes.

**Project Planning Support
- Provide project variability data to Water Manager to support business decision.
- Track the utilization and headcount for all six BCEC Center, provide diverse reporting to management for InSite and business decision
- Further collaboration among the PWS center across the Globe.
- Prepare On time Delivery Reporting for North America as well as Sales Reports.
- Report World Area Headcount for all PWS offices worldwide.

**Qualifications
- Business degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering (MBA is a plus).
- 6+ years’ experience in Data Analysis, Finance or Planning positions.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, specially Advanced Excel, Visio, Power Point, Power -BI (Graphics is a must).
- Excellent communication skills. 100% English skill (spoken and written).
- Financial Analysis capabilities.
- Proven experience working with high level management.
- High database management (manipulate and analyze data).
- Ability to work under pressure and aggressive deadlines.
