**YOUR ROLE**
You thrive when taking ownership of responsibilities that require high attention to detail, efficiency, and soup-to-nuts accountability.
You'll be working closely with the Sr. Media Ops Manager as well as the Operations Director to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy among various daily projects. You are a driven individual who excels at following processes and possesses pristine documentation skills to outline when operations fall outside of the norm.
You must have great communication skills as you'll work with many individuals cross-functionally on a daily basis in different capacities. You solve problems and communicate how operational processes can be improved upon. Ideally, you are able to complete a wide array of tasks with little supervision and an exceptional attention to detail.
**SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE**
- Ensuring the highest level of standards within any projects related to media operations such as advertising offer builds/pauses/changes
- Ensuring that those projects have been properly quality assured (QAed) with no errors before going live to production
- Setting the example for proper communication so that various departments and projects move forward efficiently and effectively
- Identifying new procedures and proactively making recommendations to increase the efficiency of day-to-day operations
- The ability to build new offers at volume from beginning to end without sacrificing quality
- Having an exemplary QA mindset as you adjust, pause, or audit existing offers
- Analyzing post-offer QA requests to properly track traffic, revenue, clicks and other important KPIs that drive our business
**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- At least 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication skills and the ability to transition to an environment that uses fast paced communication tools like Slack and Zoom
- Ability to follow processes to a "T" (i.e., standardized checklists, questions, requirements, etc.)
- Operational excellence including consistent time management and organizational skills
- Travel required for onboarding and team/all-hands events/retreats
**NICE TO HAVES**
- Ability to understand and read HTML
- Hands-on experience with affiliate portals such as Impact Radius, Rakuten, CAKE, Commission Junction, etc.
- Ability to understand BI/Data visualization tools like Looker, PowerBI, Tableau
- Understanding of back-end tracking platform technologies like HasOffers (Tune)
- Exposure and usage of project management tools like Asana, JIRA
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suite technologies
